- Right click on the taskbar
- Select “Toolbars” > “New toolbar..”
- Type “%appdata%MicrosoftInternet ExplorerQuick Launch” (without quotes)
- Press the “Select Folder” button
- To move the “Quick Launch Bar” first unlock the “Taskbar“
- To unlock right click on the “Taskbar“
- Uncheck “Lock the Taskbar“
- Right click on the dotted lines at the start of the Quick Launch Bar and uncheck “Show Text” and “Show Title“
